  • Prepare, season, and cook food as directed, by Chef
  • Assumes full responsibility for quality of products served
  • Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality & health standards, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
  • Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure smooth service
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstation area, food-contact surfaces, and kitchen equipment
  • Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
  • Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly
  • Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
  • Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations while assisting others
  • Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.
  • To perform whatever duties the Chef sees necessary.
Job RequirementsMinimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 yrs experience in restaurant line
  • Motivated self-starter who takes initiative and follows instructions
  • A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with hosts, servers, and kitchen team members
  • Able to perform high-quality work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner
  • Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends)
  • Genuine interest in hospitality
  • Fine dining experience is a strong asset.
