Product Planning Analyst will actively engage in and co-lead the collaborative forecasting and planning process with the stakeholders. Reporting to Lead Manager CPE, responsible for ensuring accuracy of forecast, budget, compliance on business rules and inventory levels and will work closely with product, supply chain and operational teams. Product Planning Analyst will also support scenario building, business cases and dashboard reporting to the management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEstablish product level demand forecast and associated CAPEX/OPEX budget viewsPartner with key stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Supply Chain/Procurement) to gain regular inputs for drivers for CPE demandBuild a deep understanding of CPE business rules with the product owners and their impact to CPE demand forecastCollaborate and support product owners to keep track of product life-cycle changes and impact to demand forecasting and ensure inventory availability with supply chain teamsWork closely with supply chain teams and vendors on supply planning and provide regular updatesPrepare/review forecasts for triage, budget, monthly/quarterly reporting and variance analysisComplete ad-hoc and other investigations, scenario building, business case analysis and reporting as requiredAlign with the teams on plans savings 3 year plans, for both CPEAlign to regional marketing activities, with CPEACADEMIC TRAININGUniversity Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or any combination of equivalent training and experience.Asset to have CPIM, CSCP, SCMP or CPA/CFA designationsWORK EXPERIENCE8+ yrs of overall experience with 5+ years relevant experience in Product Demand Forecasting, Budgeting, ideally in telecommunications or technology industryFinancial or Supply Chain Planning & Project Management experience are an assetSPECIFIC COMPETENCIESSolid knowledge of all aspects of financials, planning for telecom products and related business processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven analytical, planning, data and financial abilities.Open minded and willing to consider and evaluate alternatives and work in a team environment.Ability to establish good working relationships with others.Demonstrated strong sense of ownership and initiative.Comfortable with regular senior Business level interactions with Directors and Lead ManagersAsset to be Bilingual: French and EnglishEmplacement:Burlington, ONEntreprise:Cogeco Connexion inc.Être inclusif, c'est simplement vous encourager à être vous-même!Être inclusif signifie aussi de favoriser un climat de confiance, de respect et d’encourager la diversité et l’équité pour tous les candidats souhaitant se joindre à l’équipe de Cogeco.Être inclusif permet de réduire les obstacles dans les milieux de travail et de mettre en place des actions pour faciliter l'accessibilité à tous!Être inclusif, c'est bien plus qu'un mot c'est notre engagement envers vous!Si vous avez besoin d'accommodements pour postuler ou pendant le processus de recrutement, écrivez-nous à inclusiondiversite@cogeco.com en toute confidentialité
