We are hiring a Production Coordinator for a well established manufacturer for the transportation industry.As the Production Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to support and apply our Clients Quality Policy, as applicable, to all areas of influence.Specifically, you will understand, define and exceed the reasonable requirements and expectations of external and internal customers through a process of continuous improvement that is appropriate and applicable to all aspects of our business.Qualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.Must have experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment (i.e. Process improvement, 5s, KPIs)Experience managing salaried employees.Ability to help develop and implement long term business strategiesPost Secondary Education (required)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.Able to use good judgment.Detail orientedAbility to effectively prioritize.Six Sigma yellow or green belt (preferred)Whats in it for me:
