Job Description

Job Summary:The Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives with a focus on technology, process improvement, and vendor coordination. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to closure.
Team Coordination and Communication:
  • Lead project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and communication.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across IT, Operations, Finance, and external partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to coordinate deliverables and manage performance.
  • Ensure project milestones align with business and technical requirements.
  • Escalate risks and issues proactively to leadership, proposing actionable solutions.
Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track progress against project plans and adjust as necessary to meet goals.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure transparency across all project phases.
Risk Management and Compliance:
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies early.
  • Ensure that project activities adhere to corporate policies, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional, and technology-driven projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project management tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementation, vendor management, or infrastructure projects is an asset.
