YES TV Has an excellent opportunity to join our growing team in early 2023 in the full-time permanent position of Promotions Producer.‍PurposeThis position supports the Marketing efforts of YES TV through the production of engaging promotional creative and station-branded elements, which result in increased viewership. Service the on-air promotional needs of YES TV and external stakeholders.2. Conceive, organize, develop, and produce creative and innovative promos, social media videos, and other branded audiovisual and graphic design content to promote YES TV programs, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives.3. Act as Brand Ambassador, ensuring all station-branded elements fall within the parameters of the YES TV brand guidelines4. Provide creative oversight and quality control, ensuring standards are being upheld on all branded content‍Job Specific Duties1. Liaise with clients and internal/external stakeholdersto discuss and determine the marketing and branding strategy for a program, seriesor partnership and effectively manage and meet delivery dates.2. Produce motion graphics for on-air elements includinginternal/external creative3. Produce motion graphic executions for external stakeholdersin respect to their brand guidelines, specifications, and direction4. Communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholdersand manage feedback and revisions accordingly5. Liaise with vendors and media service providers toobtain promotional assets for acquired programs.6. Efficiently produce broadcast assets which adhere toappropriate technical and quality specifications of YES TV ensuring the highestquality standards.7. With Direction from the Marketing Manager buildpromotional campaigns and opportunities, manage delivery dates and ensure clientsatisfaction8. Work with Marketing Manager to develop new and maintainexisting motion graphic elements that align with YES TV brand guidelinespecifications9. Prepare and deliver items for ingest for broadcast,social channels and external platforms while adhering to varying delivery specifications10. Track progressand ensure alignment of expectations with established marketing strategy11. Participate inbrand outreach opportunities/events as necessary12. Source music beds,assets, and creative resources as needed13. Present ideas tohelp promote the YES TV brand or campaigns in new ways14. Other duties asrequired‍Qualifications And Skills1. Degree or Diploma, or equivalent proven experience in video production2. 5+ years’ experience as a video editor or multimedia producer3. Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and the overall Creative Suite4. Functional knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator5. Working knowledge of Excel or SheetsAttributes1.
