  • To provide fast, systematic & thorough support for our sales team.
  • To ensure our clients receive a White Glove Service delivered with Military Precision.

  • Lead to Quote in less than 4 Business Hours
  • Scheduled Business Reviewed Completed >= 90%
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: You dont necessarily have to have any or all of these certifications. However, we will train you, certify you, and make sure you have all the skills you need to do a great job!
  • CPSA Certified Sales Associate
  • HDI Customer Service Representative (HDI-CSR)
  • Microsoft Office Specialist Associate: MO-100, MO-200, MO-300
  • CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+): FCO-U61
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals: MS-900
RESPONSABILITIES:
  • Processing
  • Ensure the leads board is up-to-date and accurate
  • Ensure client agreements reflect the correct user and license counts
  • Quarterback the onboarding of new clients to ensure all administrative systems are configured such as client portal, company contact info, agreement configuration and prescribed communications (client & internal).
  • Frontline Communications
  • Provide same-day communication to client’s questions and requests; particularly regarding IT Force services, M365 Licensing, Managed Service Agreements, Workstations and Accessories.
  • Scheduled Business Reviews
  • Ensure the document package & presentation are completed 3 days in advance of the scheduled business review.
  • Ensure post business review action items are documented and completed in an expedient fashion.

  • Identify and recommend procedural improvements
