Who You Are:Your primary task will be driving and facilitating the full-cycle processes of selling our real estate projects and achieving sales targets for pre-construction condominiums. From preparing sales strategies, to keeping our sales systems accurate and leading-edge, you are the point-person in ensuring excellence across all Broker and Customer touchpoints. You must be client focused, a brand advocate and positive communicator for the company, both internally and externally. You have very high attention to accuracy, effective communication skills, and are looking to make a difference in a team environment.The successful candidate will possess a sense of urgency, accountability, and job ownership to ensure the success of all pre-construction sales under the Adi Development Group umbrella. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
