Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Burlington is seeking a candidate that is passionate about sales, as well as health and well-being, and who wants a long term role in a stable and positive environment with opportunity for growth.The Spa Associate is the first face and voice of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa for our clients. Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional!   • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
  • Ideal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership driven environment
  • Sales focused - the ability to meet quotas and goals
  • A strong desire to do your job well
  • Self-motivated, mature and reliable
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Warmly welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
  • Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
  • Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
  • Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
  • Display a positive, energetic attitude
  • Be a team player
  • Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
  • Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the front desk
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
We are open 7 days a week, weeknights until 10pm, Saturday until 6pm, and Sunday until 8pm. Being able to work a variety of shifts is important to the role. We offer a shift premium and a commission on membership sales, on top of your hourly wage.
