Job DescriptionHow You’ll Make an Impact:Reporting to the SVP Sales Canada, you will be accountable for setting winning deal strategies, defining strong value propositions, designing complex and/or technical solutions, setting the pricing strategy to guide pricing and costing and developing competitive proposals all of which better address client needs and drive improved conversion and win rates for the Healthcareamp;Senior Living and Corporate Services segments in Canada. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing Sales and Operations teams with deal support and the strategic thinking needed to retain clients and win new business. This role includes retention and new business, as well as ensuring the evolution of Commercial Solutions resources, tools and capabilities to accelerate profitable growth.You will be required to understand the portfolio of service offerings, both from a commercial and operational perspective including how operations will deliver those services at clients sites. We are looking for a strong leader to lead and develop a sales support team and be collaborative with between Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Legal to achieve growth and retention targets.
