Job Description

We are seeking an experienced (minimum 2 years) Administrative/Accounting Assistant for our fast-paced Burnaby property management office.We require:-excellent communication skills - both oral and written-ability to work independently and within our team organization-detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills-ability to multi-task in our fast-paced environment-skilled in Microsoft Office suite of applications-data entry requiring a combination of speed and accuracy-minimum speed of 60 wpmExperience in the legal field, real estate and/or property management would be a definite asset as would an accounting or bookkeeping certificate or working knowledge of Quickbooks. Position requires attention to detail for accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, photocopying, filing, word processing and daily deposits.Apply Now!
