This includes developing strategies and policies using a population-based methodology and health sector performance management framework, supporting implementation activities at the provincial, regional and local levels, and measuring and monitoring progress in alignment with the quadruple aim of achieving better health outcomes and experiences for both providers and patients, at sustainable system costs. Further, the Primary Care Division leads reforms that support primary care as the foundation of an integrated system of person and family-centred, full-service, community-based care with a focus on improving attachment and access to quality evidence based primary care services.   • Diploma in Business or Public administration, or Health Sciences, Social Sciences or a related field and a minimum of 4 years progressive and recent, related experience* OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience and a minimum of 6 years progressive and recent, related experience*.
  • Progressive and recent related experience must include:
  • Experience researching policy issues and conducting policy analysis.
  • Experience providing advice and recommendations on policy, program and service issues. (Preference may be given to applicants who have this experience in the health care or social policy sector.)
  • Experience managing projects and/or project components.
