The organization is making a significant investment by implementing modern, connected, and enterprise-wide systems as part of a multi-year program. The Business Analyst will work directly with business stakeholders to define business needs, solution requirements, research and propose solutions, and manage these solutions through to completion. This position will be heavily supporting a Netsuite implementation & our Shopify Ecommerce Implementations across the company this year with a focus on supporting the Sales, Customer Service, Ecommerce. This position can be based out of our Mustang Survival office in Canada or out of our Corporate head office in Lafayette, California.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present solutions to the Identified problems and work with relevant stakeholders to implement the solutions
• Develop Reports to ensure the Management team has the information they need to make decisions
• Troubleshoot application issues with the users & design documentation to prevent future issues.
• Work with stakeholders to define pain points and objectives within the business while clearly synthesizing and communicating these problem statements and the business objectives to relevant stakeholders
• Collect and synthesize the functional, technical, and transitional requirements
• Work with stakeholders to document and reengineer business processes
• Manage projects through to completion
• Support users during implementation with training materials and problem-solving

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Post-Secondary Degree (preferably a B.Sc. Computer Sciences or Business)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in information technology or business analysis.
• Experience designing reports for multiple stakeholder groups
• Ability to adapt and work well in a continuously changing environment
• Ability to assess user requirements and develop solutions to streamline operations
• Ability to explain requirements & technology needs with users, managers, and executives
• Ability to train others in software applications and create training resources for users
• Ability to breakdown and diagram complex cross-functional processes
• Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies
• Organized and effective at managing high workloads and cross-functional project teams
• Strives to understand the organizations direction, structure, and department requirements
• Experience with Netsuite, Payroll Applications, and Celigo
• Must have prior experience in process modeling, requirements gathering, API integrations, software testing.
• Bonus experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, Visio, Jira
• Bonus if you have domain knowledge in Sales, Customer Service, Ecommerce, Shopify Experience
