Financial Services team in Burnaby, British Columbia.The Opportunity:The Credit Coordinator is the primary point of contact and lender interface for Ritchie Bros. Financial Services. Supporting the RBFS Call Centre, the Credit Coordinator will have daily contact with other departments within the organization, as well as applicants and finance sources. The ideal candidate can build relationships with both internal and external customers, is detail-oriented, and has excellent time management skills.In this role you’ll:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries pursuant to lease and/or loan applications.
  • Provide lender feedback/rate quotation information to RBFS Account Managers.
  • Responsible for updating and/or logging application data and information in SalesForce
  • Build relationships with the Account Managers and Credit Specialists
  • Participate in special projects and additional Adhoc duties
  • Remain current on program products and processes.
  • Assist with the implementation of changes and new procedures as required.
  • Maintain/exceed established standards and targets while adhering to all credit policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Participate in team huddles/committees.
  • Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.

  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, credit decisioning, contract management and/or loan application software

  • Solid work ethic and confidential
  • Ability to execute in high-pressure situations and periods.
