Job Description

Vitasave.ca is looking to hire a Customer Experience Specialist for the Full-Time position.When faced with a problem, do you only look for solutions Are you goal-focused and take massive action to achieve greatness Do you believe that nothing is impossible If you answered yes to any of these questions, chances are working with Vitasave.ca’s Customer Service Team would be a fit for you.Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with phone orders.
  • Answering product questions.
  • Responding to emails and phone calls.
  • Taking part in specific tasks that help our Customer Service team run smoothly.
  • Prioritize tasks and projects with good time management.
Requirements:
  • Multi-tasker and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional execution and follow-through skills.
