Job Description

Crew Member - Setup and Take Down - Long Term On Call Basis.Paradise Events Inc.5491 Regent St, Burnaby, BC V5C 6C8, Canada.Wedding and Event Company is hiring Weekend and Weekday Setup, Takedown Crew (Vancouver, Burnaby ..etc) looking for a long-term on-call basis.Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Setup and take down of draping.
  • Setup and take down of lighting, sound system
  • setup and take down of photobooth, and working at the photobooth
  • Light weight 10lbs to 60lbs lifting, for heavier lifting, 2 people will be together lifting it.
  • Setup and take down of dance floor and vinyl wrap of dance floor
  • Setup and take down wedding and event decorations such as vases, candles, candelabras, arches, etc.
  • Load and unload flowers
  • Setup and take down of stage
  • Chairs Arrangements, putting on chair covers
  • Must be able to take public transportation to our warehouse and various hotels, venues, restaurants, golf courses and backyards.
Qualifications:
  • On Friday or Saturday or Sunday (Setup and takedown late night on the weekend).
  • Availability on weekdays is a plus.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
