People like you!Apply to be a Fine Arts Leader at the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts! The incumbent will be working as a Literary Specialist in a state-of-the-art facility. You will assist with programs in the Literary Arts by planning and coordinating the programs and evaluating the program’s success. Instructors will come to you as a resource and you will assist with hiring, training and evaluating staff. You will exercise considerable independent action and judgement in performing the work. You’ll perform related work as required. This is a terrific opportunity if you’re inspiring, dedicated, passionate, and organized.To qualify, you’ll need to have completed a two year Community College course in a Fine Arts speciality or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. You have strong administrative skills and can prepare and maintain a variety of records and reports. You’ll also need to establish and maintain effective working and teaching relationships with other staff and patrons by having strong instructional and classroom management experience.
