Job Description

C amp;S Group Operations Ltd is a leader in the distribution sector of Western Canada. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service with the top quality of products, mainly from Europe. C amp;S Tile, an importer of natural stone and porcelain tiles, is seeking an individual with exemplary customer service to join the existing team. The ideal candidate will be working in the showroom, assisting and supporting homeowners and designers in selecting the right product for the projects, maintaining and growing existing clients, and generating new business and project opportunities.Prior tile product knowledge or construction and building material experience within a retail/wholesale environment is an asset for the position.Responsibilities include:

  • Show up on time, every day, ready to work with a positive attitude.
  • Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional service.
  • Establish a positive, productive, and ongoing relationship with clients.
  • Maintain existing and incorporate new clients in the internal database program.
  • Maintain an organized showroom, making sure all samples are checked, cleaned, and in stock.
  • Gather market feedback related to client satisfaction and new potential products and/or product ideas.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage daily communication flow with clients and internal team members.
  • All other duties assigned by management.
