ROLE SUMMARY:Our IT Support role provides Help Desk/Support for users across the business with desktop/laptop applications and supporting remote access. They have knowledge of the server/workstation model, including software and hardware, and provide expertise. They are available and approachable to troubleshoot computer problems with/for employees. They have effective communication skills and patience when assisting employees with hardware and software issues.
