The Lead AV Installation Technician will be able to work with our clients all throughout BC to support their AV requirements. The successful candidate will gain experience in multiple enterprise sized client environments, addressing new tasks and requests each day.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Perform installation tasks as noted in job summary based on project scope and directivesDemonstrate job site leadership, provide mentorship to all site Technicians on site and verify quality of workRead and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprintsUse hand and power tools to solder and crimp connectors along with various other installation system related tasksTest point to point cabling and functionality of systemsTest code for control and DSP systems – field load as necessaryMake minor programming changes under the direction of an engineer or programmerTrack, manage and secure all associated equipment and tools on jobsiteInstall projector and screen support structure when necessary.
