Job Description

What the Super Rep will be responsible for:Supporting your teams with the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals. Through collaboration with your Regional Supervisor you will teach and coach behaviors to in store Merchandisers to cultivate high performing teams supporting company strategies and processes to deliver results. Responsibility to report too your Regional Supervisors, keeping them updated with your set stores. Being able to think on your feet, out of the box to solve any issues that may come up. Your goal is to develop highly productive Rainbow Merchandising teams implementing action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity. Ensuring the consistent execution of standard operating procedures are met. Attention to detail ensuring procedures are being followed, signage and displays are according to company standards. Working outdoors rain or shine. Looking for someone who has a high energy level with strong leadership qualities with the ability to work on your feet for long periods of time, working with your teams using repetitive movements, pushing, pulling and reaching.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing stores within the Lower Mainland market. Upon successfull completion of a 8 month contract you will recieve and bonus of 1200.00 and the option to stay and grow you skills and the team.Key Attributes: · Must be a team player- open to working with all members of the team· Positive attitude- approach all situations with a positive attitude· Own it – complete your job from start to finish making sure when it’s handed off, it has been approached with 100% effortResponsibilities include but not limited to1. Merchandising Rainbow product at retail locations2. Exude confidence with a positive attitude; set the tone for your team3. Understanding written merchandising standards and instructions, and can implement them into merchandising4. Travelling to retail site to merchandise product across cities/provinces5. Training/coaching other employees on written standards, instructions on the job site or by other communications6. Building store relationships7. Long days in spring and summer- working on your feet for the entirety of the shift8. Succeeding in merchandising while working with staff, store employees or individually9. Develop and maintain an effective activity schedule and ensure compliance to time frame10. Sent to reset/correct stores with merchandising challenges11. Setting all product in retail locations to standards12. Giving clear coaching/feedback to staff merchandiser to help all employees improve13. Covering merchandiser shortages or merchandisers while awayQualifications and Education Requirements· Strong understanding of what merchandising is and the impact it makes· Tech savvy- good understanding of mobile apps, excel, digital training information; trouble shooting· Strong attention to detail is required· Experience with large retailers· Understanding shelf stocking concepts and marketing· Strong customer service skills· Fast paced work style, ability to multitask· Strong leadership skills, ability to access challenging situations to achieve the best outcome· Good communication skills with other team members, supervisors and store staff· Strong problem-solving skills· Steel toes requiredPreferred SkillsExcellent people skills, adaptability, self-directed, organizational skills, problem solving, physically capable of manual labor.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $19.00-$22.00 per hourFlexible Language Requirement:
