Our team is friendly, flexible, and we take punctuality seriously.Available Position: We are looking to fill a highly coveted full-time position as a out of town roll off operator long hauling from Burnaby to Drayton Valley twice per week. You will be pulling a quad axle trailer and driving a tridem truck with a bunk.Responsibilities and Duties- Must be reliable and detail-oriented.- Must be able to conscientiously follow instruction from team lead.- Must have respect for equipment and make every effort to avoid damage to equipment or worksite.- Must maintain cleanliness of truck, both inside and out. These are bad-ass trucks and we take a tremendous amount of pride in them.- Friendly and personable to customers and colleagues.- Must be a team-player. Although there is a lot of independence in this position it is essential that you are able to understand your role in the team.Qualifications and SkillsRequired:- Class 1- Clear communication and listening skills- Experience with heavy equipment and heavy hauling- Must have mountain and highway winter driving experience- Must be mechanically inclinedAsset:- Clean drivers abstractBenefitsFull extended benefits after 6 months - medical, dental, visionPaid per trip = 1250.00Expected start date: November 2021Job Types: Full-time, PermanentCOVID-19 considerations:Social Distancing maintained.
