Job Description

Now Hiring: Apprentice Electricians - 1st | 2nd | 3rd LevelsRate: $21 - $30 Hourly + Benefits & Vacation PayDescription:Electrician will be focus primarily on completely tenant improvements in existing buildings OR new build commercial buildings. Job duties may entail installing piping, bending pipe, pulling wire, fixtures, hanging fixtures, cable pulls, labour duties and following direction of Journeyman Electrician.Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1st or 2nd OR 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice (Completed at least level 1)
  • Well rounded in commercial work (exp with bending conduit, BX, and pipe)
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Own basic hand tools + work pouch
Work Environment:
  • Apprentices will be working alongside a Journeyman in existing commercial buildings and will be around business tenants, so must be presentable. Work is all commercial with minimal light residential work.
  • Project – Reno work – few new projects upcoming – BX rough in and Conduit roughin - schools and commercial offices.
  • Shift is typically 7 or 6:30 AM start time with an 8 hour day. Overtime is Available .
  • Since the work is TI - there may be some days where the candidate will be responsible for working outside of business hours (after 4 PM or 5 PM) when they need to do things that make a lot of noise.
