The Manager oversees quality assurance processes and is accountable for standards of compliance, resourcing, and timelines being adhered to, providing leadership and guidance in the development of performance/accountability measures to determine school, department and/or program progress and effectiveness. The Manager develops and maintains effective working relationships across all levels within the BCIT community, other post-secondary institutions, and with government agencies.The preferred candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong understanding of labour market trends and demonstrated experience in advanced research assessment methods.
