About usSutton Group - 1st West Realty/OPPORTUNITY/We are looking for a creative, organized, and professional Marketing + Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic Vancouver-based team. The successful candidate will be a team player, have strong communication skills, integrity, and be willing to pitch in where required with a can-do attitude. This role is the perfect fit for someone who enjoys variety as you’ll be working alongside various departments./WHAT YOU WILL DO/

  • Lead the execution of Sutton Group’s social media strategy – you’ll manage the social media calendar, from content creation, to publishing, and engagement
  • Coordinate, populate, curate, and maintain content for accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and our website
  • Ensuring cohesive visual brand, writing style and voice is achieved
  • Assist the marketing team with other marketing-centric activities
/WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE + KEYS TO YOUR SUCCESS/
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, with knowledge of analytics
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying up to date with new and emerging ideas and platforms within social media
  • Proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Self-starter with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Graphic design, photography, and videography experience are an asset
  • Languages: English, Chinese (traditional), Chinese (simplified), Korean are an asset
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00-$19.00 per hourBenefits:

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
  • copy writing: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
  • Cantonese/ Mandarine (speak, read & write) (required)
