We also license Flash-IP solutions that are incorporated in a broad range of products.Job DescriptionMaster Planner (Operations Product Planner -NPI) is the primary interface between Business Unit and the Manufacturing Supply Chain Organization. The Product Supply Chain Planner has full ownership of the supply chain for his/her Business Unit and works strategically and tactically to ensure that the production needs of the Business Unit are met. The expectation is to work with both the Business unit and the contract manufactures to bring to market the new product offering.Key elements of the collaboration with Business Unit includes:

  • Part creation and maintenance of BOM
  • Creating the releases within the ERP
  • Creating product sales and shipment forecasts
  • Reviewing/rationalizing specific customer forecasts
  • Reviewing forecast vs. backlog differences and taking actions as needed
  • Resolving supply issues
  • Managing "Focus" customer list and driving to quick resolution
  • Proactively taking steps to minimize OCD (Original Commit Date) delivery slips
  • Recommending, setting and maintaining product build type settings
  • Managing special build requirements and product conversions
  • Reviewing component supplies and working with production planners to modify as needed
  • Monitoring unsupported revenue orders and driving resolution
  • Providing Global Sales Services (GSS) with lead time quotes
  • Monitoring lead time scheduling and quotation issues to determine root causes and drive solutions
  • Monitoring planning system exception reports and taking action to ensure on time delivery

Job RequirementsQualifications:
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • B.Sc.in Business, Supply chain or economics
  • 3-5 years Planning, order fulfillment or related supply chain operational analyst job experience
  • Self-motivated and requiring minimal guidance
  • Work well in multidisciplinary environment, interacting with various operations team members
  • Strong problem solving, process oriented & numeric analysis background
