We are looking for someone who is highly organized, energetic, and motivated to face the challenges of supporting an entrepreneurial business. The ideal candidate has production office experience and/or experience in an assistant role within the film and television industry.The new Office Administrator/2nd Producer Assistant is a proactive problem-solver who can multitask and quickly prioritize tasks on an ongoing basis. The role entails ensuring the smooth operation of the office and office needs of every department while assisting the Executive Producers under the direction of the 1st Producer Assistant.You may be required to work various hours depending on the needs of the industry or juggle multiple tasks at once so flexibility is a must.
