Today, we provide a host of complimentary production and strategic services that organize and harness brand messages to help our clients excel in business and lead in their respective markets.MITCHELL is looking for an experienced Print Production Coordinator to join our team.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-Responsible for coordinating jobs throughout the process, from file submission to delivery of final product.-Communicate with customers, sales reps, estimating, accounting, and work alongside design, prepress, press, bindery and shipping departments.-Establish timelines and schedule projects as they move through the print process to ensure customer expectations are met.-Manage inventory to ensure all resources are available to produce jobs as needed.-Analyze and compare specifications from estimating to determine that the order is accurate.-Build cooperative relationships with our outside suppliers and vendors, always keeping the end-customer’s best interest at the forefront.SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS- You are reliable and possess a positive attitude and look forward to working in a culture which promotes collaboration.- You are proactive, organized and are able to handle multiple tasks with a passion for problem solving, always providing solutions.- You have the ability to prioritize, and focus in a busy environment, often changing priorities as needed to meet customer expectations.- You have experience and knowledge of ERP Systems, and advanced use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).- You have an understanding of the Sheet-fed, Web and Digital print production processes.- You have an understanding of press impositions and layouts, along with bindery / finishing processes.- Mailing and Distribution experience beneficial.- Estimating background beneficial.You have a thirst for knowledge and learn quickly and efficiently.
