Don’t miss this opportunity to join a highly regarded general contractor and be part of a team delivering impactful projects across British Columbia.Apply now and start building your future!RequirementsSKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Collaborate with the Project Manager to assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects.• Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.• Support the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.• Assist in the management of project cost tracking and forecasting.• Organize site logistics and manage material deliveries to ensure the project timeline stays on track.• Monitor safety protocols and compliance with project specifications and standards.• Conduct progress reporting and provide updates to key stakeholders.QUALIFICATIONS• 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator role within the construction industry, preferably with a large general contractor.• A degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline.• Solid understanding of commercial construction processes, including tenant improvements and new builds.• Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project is an asset.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.• A keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.• Knowledge of construction drawings, contracts, and scheduling techniques.• Familiarity with BC Building Code and WorkSafeBC regulations is a plus.
