Since 1980, Mountain West Studios has built a solid reputation as a quality provider of school photography in Western Canada.Our tight-knit team of professional, passionate photo enthusiasts is based out of our head offices in Burnaby, BC. We are also proud to be an equal opportunity employer.We are looking for photographers to support our Lower Mainland-based team.Hiring:School Photographer, who will report to the Photography Manager.Requirements:

  • Must be motivated and enthusiastic about photography.
  • Photography experience is not required but is preferred.
  • Customer-focused with strong organizational skills.
  • Will travel to various schools in designated areas.
  • A valid driver’s license and car insurance are required.
  • A reliable car is essential to carry equipment.
  • Experience working with children is an asset.
  • The successful applicant must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • A warm and friendly personality that can work with children from preschool to graduates as well as administrators and teaching staff.
  • Paid training will be provided.
  • All necessary equipment will be supplied.
  • Fluent English and computer skills are basic requirements.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend repetitively for extensive periods of time.
  • A fun, "work hard, play hard" environment!
