On behalf of our Utilities Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Senior Product Manager to join our Client #39;s team on a Full-time Permanent basis. This role is Hybrid, and the Client is based in Burnaby, BC.Summary of the Role:The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy and product management of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) solutions, driving innovations across hardware, software, and communications technologies. This role will be instrumental in expanding the reach of AMI solutions across North America and the Caribbean Basin.Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

• Lead product vision and roadmap for AMI technologies, including smart metering and network communications.
• Drive go-to-market strategies and product lifecycle management, ensuring successful market introduction.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align product offerings with customer needs.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product strategy and enhance competitive positioning.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer engagements to support product advocacy.

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years in senior product management within the utility or telecom sectors.
• Strong understanding of electric metering and smart grid communications.
• Demonstrated success managing full product lifecycles and new product introductions.
• Experience working across North American markets and stakeholder groups.

Desired Skillsamp; Experience:

• Familiarity with water/gas metering technologies.
• Experience using Trello, Confluence, Salesforce, and Responsive.
• Background in OEM collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of AMI 2.0 technologies and trends.
• Strong ROI assessment and strategic planning capabilities.
