About this roleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Service Electrician, Thermographer to join our Power Quality services team, based in Burnaby.The Power Quality Service Electrician, Thermographer will be responsible for conducting thermal imaging inspections to identify potential issues in electrical mechanical building systems.Your experience and skills

  • A certified Red Seal Electrical Journeyperson for at least 5 years
  • Certification in thermography Level 1 is required
  • Proficient in using thermal imaging cameras
  • Able to interpret thermal data effectively
  • Possess a strong understanding of thermography principles
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety
  • Good understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code. FSR-A or B is an asset
  • Well organized, team player, strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Skilled at electrical trouble shooting and problem solving
  • Capable to supervise electrical journeyman and apprentices when required
  • Able to work in an exciting fast paced positive environment
  • Willing to work after hours and an on call rotational basis
  • Able to speak, read and write English fluently and able to maintain legible/accurate paperwork
  • Must have a valid driver #39;s license and hold a clean driving record
  • A current IBEW local 213 member or willing to become one
