If you are a veteran or military spouse, we hope you consider us for your next opportunity.Position Title: Southside A2 Operations - Turnaround OALTeam and Location: Operations - RefineryPosition Summary:The prime focus of this position is to ensure the timely completion of high-quality operations deliverables for upcoming planned Turnarounds and LROP Pitstops in the South Side Units.The Southside A2 Operations Turnaround OA will support and provide direction to the Turnaround Team and Assignment Operators in delivering the Turnaround Operating Plan. This support will include: technical, operating, scheduling & optimization advice.The Turnaround OA will work with console OAs and the Operations Coordinator to complete turnaround deliverables and ensure accurate scheduling and tracking of Shutdown/Cleaning/Startup (SCS) activities and Oils Plan activities.The Turnaround OA will work with the Capital Project Managers to ensure timely review of all the technical details pertaining to new capital projects to be executed within planned Turnaround windows and LROP Pitstops and provide operations input for Hazops, MOCs, Operations Standards Revisions, New Operating Procedures, etc.Member of the Turnaround Core team and active participant in all core team activities.Key Responsibilities:Delivery of assigned Operations Turnaround deliverables per milestone schedule working in conjunction with Capital Project Managers, U-Crew Turnaround/Projects Supervisor, Assignment Operators and Turnaround Core Team during planned Turnarounds and LROP Pitstops (Operating Procedures Revisions, SCS Plan, Oils Plan, Lessons Learned Review and Entries, Turnaround & Pitstop Related Updates, etc.)Provide Relief Coverage for the U Crew Turnaround/Projects Supervisor or Shift Supervisor in an emergency situationPreparation of the A2 Operations Turnaround BudgetsQualifications and Skills:Demonstrated commitment to IIF.Ability to work on own initiative to develop and implement innovative solutions to business problems.Minimum of 5 years of process plant experience gained in more than one job discipline.
