• Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees-following up on work results and employee appraisals.
• Maintain statistical information of warehouse employees, inventory control, equipment, operational schedules and service levels to monitor performance.
• Leadership, Morale, Relationships and Communications act as a Leader in order to achieve Vitasave’s Goals and Objectives.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Leading the team in achieving daily KPIs through tracking productivity results against the actual targets. Provide the necessary coaching /training to assist employees in achieving the daily targets.
• Providing monthly efficiency reports to the General manager and HR.

Job Duties:

• Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the companys policies and vision.
• Ensuring all products are properly packaged, labeled and presentable for customers.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Cross train employees in various functions to improve labor costs and efficiencies.
• Coordinate the activities of all warehouse associates.
• Oversee the receiving and shipping of goods.
• Ensure that all items are properly stored in an efficient and orderly manner
• Ensure all orders from before 2PM are shipped out the same day, and that all deliveries from before 2PM are fully received and restocked the same day.
• Maintain Vitasave’s level of warehouse cleanliness
• Assist Warehouse Workers with their tasks when necessary
• Comply with warehouse safety standards- practices OHS policy
• Training new hires up to Vitasave standard
• Maintaining staff success by monitoring and measuring performance
• Utilizing Vitasave’s 25 Beliefs daily
• Monitor and maintain ratio
• Scheduling warehouse employees
• Ensure that all warehouse procedures are rigorously followed
• Effective communication with team members
• Constantly striving to innovate job role
• Acts as a coach to their team playing a hands-on role in their development. They do this by actively developing their team through vision and goals, coaching and feedback.

Warehouse Manager Skills:

Warehouse Manager Job Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience working in a warehouse
• 4 years previous leadership experience
• Supply Chain Management Diploma/ Bachelors a plus
• Logistics
• Preferably first aid
