We are an Estate Cidery in the Hills of Caledon, just 30 minutes north / west of Toronto. Our goal is to grow, process and produce high quality, artistic ciders in our award winning energy efficient and environmentally sensitive facility. We also have an on-site wood-fired oven bakery & local food shop with a very busy on-site bistro.
