Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional customer service to members, their families, and guests by sharing our passion for the outdoors in a refined and tranquil setting.Position SummaryThe Caledon Mountain Trout Club is seeking a seasonal full time Dishwasher to join our dynamic and fun team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for performing cleaning and dishwashing duties in a busy, clean and professional kitchen.Key Responsibilitieso Ensure dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans are cleaned effectively and efficiently using dishwashers or by hando Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots/pans in the appropriate locationso Perform general cleaning duties including carrying out the garbage and recyclables, sweeping and mopping floors (of the entire kitchen, including inside fridges)o Operate cleaning machines to company and manufacturer settings/specificationso Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and machineso Ensure all kitchen equipment (steam tables, flat tops etc) are properly cleanedo Clean the hood and ventilation system on a regular basiso Assist cooks with prep work as requiredo Clean unseen areas at least once a month (behind and under shelves/equipment)o Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedureso Ensure the work area is always kept clean, neat and sanitaryo Complete other duties as requestedRequirementso Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is an asseto Ability to operate cleaning equipment and toolso Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift and carry up to 50lbs and work in a hot environmento Organized with a strong focus and commitment to qualityo Teamwork and cooperation to assist others to get the job doneo Must have an understanding of written and spoken Englisho Hardworking and reliableo Shift work hours – days and afternoons on weekdays, weekends and public holidaysThe Caledon Mountain Trout Club is an equal opportunity employer, and we would like to thank all applicants for their interest.
