Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional customer service to members, their families, and guests by sharing our passion for the outdoors in a refined and tranquil setting.Position SummaryThis position is responsible for ensuring the grounds, ponds, clubhouse and all structures in and around the club property are maintained to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities· Assist in the construction and maintenance of the grounds, including mowing, raking, watering, weeding gardens, pruning shrubs, and trees· Maintain all public areas· Operate and maintain mowers, tractors, string trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment· Maintain fuel levels for all equipment used daily, reports equipment problems or failure to the manager immediately· Assist in project work· Operate the gun range accordingly· Performs other duties as directed by the Property Manager· Follow all Health & Safety policies and proceduresRequirements· Strong work ethic – hard working, always available, good attitude· Teamwork and cooperation skills· Effective communication skills – listening, understanding, and responding· Constant focus and attention to detail· Ability to perform high quality work· Commitment to working in a safe manner· landscaping is an asset· Valid driver’s licenseCMTC is an equal opportunity employer, and we would like to thank all applicants for their interest.
