Serves as the customer contact regarding such matters as sample requests, order status, scheduling, shipping, and trouble-shooting any difficulties.Responsibilities:Essential Duties:Work collaboratively with all internal resources to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintainedSupport project tracking and scheduling requirementsMaintain all project information and documentationResponsible for supporting the project manager and other project resources during the course of the project lifecyclePerform other duties as assigned by the Project ManagerLearn customer processes and tools and support customer requirementsPrepares documents including customized reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence. Updates various databases as required.Maintain schedules and others reports order to track project deliverables, dates, and monitor deadlines.Update and maintain website and other social media pages for companyCoordinate updates for any internal company flyers, brochures, and other promotional itemsRespond to daily customer calls providing project updates and handling customer needs in a confident, professional mannerManage and maintain job order files, ensuring all pertinent paperwork is sent to and received from customers; following up as necessaryPrioritizing jobs to meet customers’ commitment datesFormulate/maintain departmental Excel spreadsheets and reportsCreate professional written correspondence to customers, both internal and externalRead and analyze shop drawings for projects to provide customer feedbackCreate Order Entries for assigned job to determine cost of materials and overall profitabilityEnsure all project close out documents (warranties) are sent to customersOther duties as assignedQualifications:Education/Experience:High School Diploma: Associate or bachelors degree in Project Management preferred3-4 years experience working with customers in a Project Coordinator capacity within a manufacturing environmentAbility to coordinate multiple projects under tight deadlines while dealing with the stress of a very fast-paced environmentHigh degree of accuracy and meticulousness about detailsExcellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skillsFluent English and French- written and spoken requiredComputer Skills:Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and OutlookSAP or other equivalent ERP software knowledge is a mustOther Skills and Requirements:High level of interpersonal skillsPro-active personality with high energy, self-motivation, and strong decision-making skillsGood to excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skillsExcellent telephone and oral communication skillsPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
