Will define the goals and project tasks and resource requirements for successful and on-time completion while maintaining excellent relationships with clients. Responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience through prompt, clear, professional, proactive communication, and efficient order management. Initiates and manages the collection of submittals and all other project critical information. Conducts detailed review of quotation, purchase order, and order acknowledgement for consistency and alignment. Serves as not only the primary customer contact point for any given project, but also the internal contact with KNA Estimating, Drafting, Operations and Finance departments.Responsibilities:Essential Duties:
