Job Description

You will be servicing and stocking retail locations and vending machines. If you already know vending machines or coffee machines then we will train you on micro-market operations.About Us: Loyalty Markets’ is 1 of the fastest growing companies in Ontario within our industry and are looking to grow our team with another full-time driver who has industry experience. Whilst COVID-19 has been a challenge for all operators, our team is positioned for growth during the rest of 2020 and we are looking to bring in the best talent out there.40-44 hour full shift work. Monday - Friday day shift. Work is in BoltonYou select your start time between 4 - 6.30am daily.Pay is hourly and we pay incentives for route performance as well as multi-disciplinary experience.

  • Vending, Office Coffee or similar delivery experience is an advantage but not a requirement..
  • We will provide 2 weeks of training to make sure you are comfortable with the job.
Note: There is no bus stop for this location. It will be better if you drive.Basic requirements:
  • An honest person with strong personal character;
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs of weight (this role is great for a physical person looking to be active during the day).
  • Ability to bend down and pick-up weight and reach up high to pack shelves.
  • Professional attitude and ability to think on your own.
  • Clean driving record and experience driving a cargo van.
  • Clean Criminal record as check will be performed.
  • Comfortable enough with technology to use a mobile app to update inventory and scheduling.
To Apply: We're a growing team and this position will provide opportunities for advancement to the right candidate that can demonstrate their ability to learn and grow with the role.Responsibilities: You would be responsible for:- Stocking, and managing inventory/systems at micro market locations- Maintaining and cleaning micro market locations on site visits- Client communication and developing client relationships on site- Stocking and servicing vending machines at some of Ontario's largest employers- Stocking office coffee supplies and providing first level service for coffee machines- Following operational processes- Reporting issues and solving them with the team-Requirements: - Positive attitude, great work ethic, ability and desire to learn on the job- Physical work- Strong oral and written communication skills- Flexibility to be available to work on evenings and weekends and overtime as required- Experience working with inventory and merchandising- Experience in restaurants/retail/convenience a plus- Experience with distribution, logistics, marketing, customer service, sales a plusReference ID: YYZ7Summer2021Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $16.00-$18.00 per hourAdditional pay:
