We’re hiring an Account Executive who knows the aged care, disability, or community health sectors inside and out, and thrives on turning big conversations into real-world impact. As the Outbound Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our North American expansion. You #39;ll play a pivotal role in qualifying and presenting the ShiftCare value proposition to potential customers identified through outbound activities. We are seeking dynamic individuals who thrive on challenges and are passionate about making a difference.You’ll Get To:

  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies for lead generation and new business growth.
  • Identify and prospect potential customers through email, phone, and social media channels.
  • Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimise messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Work with the sales team to develop and execute proposals and presentations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
You Will Need To Have:
  • 3+ years Solid SaaS experience, running a full sales cycle and closing business
  • Terrific consultative sales skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Evidence that you are a Top Producer in your current role
  • A sharp focus on your goals and a belief that your daily, weekly and monthly activities will help you achieve them
  • A strong network of decision-makers across the industry
  • A hunger to grow a market, win hearts, and build lasting relationships
