Our rapid growth, great team and lean organization make SAP Fioneer a great place to accelerate your career!Job locationFor this role you can work remotely anywhere in Canada combined with willingness to travel to meet the team on-site from time to time in our Toronto office. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing administration and support for SAP systems, including performing system refreshes, upgrades, and patches.
  • Manage SAP client administration, system backups, database management, and user authorizations.
  • Conduct regular system checks, updates, and patching to maintain the health of SAP environments.
  • Perform daily monitoring of SAP systems, including reviewing logs, analyzing system alerts, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and profiles, ensuring proper authorization levels in line with security policies.
  • Ensure SAP systems are compliant with security standards and implement best practices for user access control.
  • Perform security audits, implement security patches, and monitor system vulnerabilities to ensure data protection.
  • Ensure proper system configurations for optimal performance, including configuring SAP systems, instances, and application servers.
  • Provide L1 and L2 support for SAP Fioneer software products.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in SAP Basis Administration, coupled with a relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proven track record of working closely with industry experts and collaborating with diverse teams across different cultures
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services, preferably Azure, but GCP or AWS experience is also welcome
  • Supporting ITSM Platforms
  • Hands-on experience in providing L1/L2 support
  • Keen interest in exploring the latest technologies and tools
  • Fluent in English
