You #39;ll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and securing those crucial early customers and partnerships that will fuel our growth.   • Lead Generation and Sales: Identify, qualify, and pursue leads within target markets (e.g., healthcare providers, telehealth companies, research institutions).
  • Early-Stage Sales: Masterfully articulate the value proposition of Amplifier Health #39;s technology, emphasizing both its current capabilities and its future potential.
  • Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions and medical research groups to advance clinical trials and research collaborations.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy, including pricing, sales channels, and marketing initiatives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform our business development efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in either healthcare or technology startups is required, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and go from first-customer to revenue growth.
  • Startup Experience: Experience working in an early-stage startup environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with bringing new technologies to market.
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including key trends, challenges, and regulatory landscape.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Relationship Building Expertise: Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport and establishing trust with stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of our long-term business development strategy.
