Job Description

Who are youA key member of the Growth Operations organization, and reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, the GTM Systems Analyst will be responsible to build, maintain, and expand our GTM Technology Stack that supports our global sales, business development, marketing, and customer facing teams, ensuring our systems are optimized, integrated, and aligned to support the end-to-end sales process. You’ll play a critical role in enabling our sales teams to be more efficient, data-driven, and successful by managing tools, processes, and data flows that power our revenue engine.About BlacklineBlackline Safety is a world leader in the development and manufacturing of wirelessly connected safety products.   • Own the GTM Technology Stack – Manage and optimize sales tools including (but not limited to) HubSpot CRM, Dealhub CPQ, ZoomInfoamp; Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other productivity platforms.
  • Systems Administration – Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot CRM and other GTM Operations Technologies. Handle user management, configuration, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data integrity.
  • Process Optimization – Partner with GTM leaders to identify efficiencies in workflows and implement scalable solutions to improve productivity and data accuracy.
  • Data integrity and Validation – Ensure data quality in HubSpot CRM and other GTM tools through data import management, data cleanup and deduping
  • Integrations and Automation – Manage integrations between systems and ensure data flows seamlessly across platforms. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes. Work with BIT and other business functions to support successful integrations and automation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Support – Provide day-to-day support to the GTM teams by troubleshooting issues, providing training, and ensuring systems are aligned with business needs.
  • Continuous Improvement – Monitor system performance and user activity to make recommendations. Stay up to date on new features and industry best practices to support continuous improvements.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years as a HubSpot or other CRM administrator
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, HubSpot certified preferred
  • Experience working in web-based CRM to build/manage automation workflows
  • Understanding of sale processes and working within a sales environment
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis. Demonstrated data analytics ability to critically look at performance data and draw constructive conclusions from the results
  • Self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
