Job Description

Servus is growing! We are looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence! More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for developing strategies, practices and processes to enhance Servus #39; management and operational reporting enabling data driven decision making across the organization
  • Oversee development of reporting and insights for member facing divisions: Retail and Business Banking, Wealth, Digital, Marketing, Product Management etc.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into analytics products and solutions
  • Advance data visualization, using latest tools and techniques to present insights in more intuitive and interactive formats, enabling stakeholders to understand more complex data sets
  • Partner with technology groups to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data across all BI platforms
  • Develop and implement strategies for BI self serve tools for selected business groups
  • Guide report and dashboard creation for Servus #39; digital channels and digital marketing
  • Lead and develop a team of up to 7 BI and digital analysts
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior business intelligence or data analytics role, with a track record of successful project delivery
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience with a focus on developing high-performing teams, cultivating a culture of excellence and achieving operational efficiency.
  • Extensive proficiency in SQL. Working knowledge of Python preferred.
  • Extensive proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools and software
  • Familiarity with data transformation and analytics engineering tools and best practices is an asset
