Based in Calgary, with projects across Western Canada, we are leaders in turn-key new construction, maintenance, prefabrication, and modular construction services.We are looking for a Material Coordinator to work at a Camp, In-Field with accommodations provided (for camp jobs) and flat rate to cover travel.Here’s what we offer you:

What we’re looking for from you – If this describes you, we’d love to meet!
  • 2+ years directly related experience in the oilamp; gas industry
  • Reliable data entry skills, knowledge of warehousing, material handling and distribution
  • Knowledge of packing listsamp; P.O’s
  • MS Excel or Google Sheets experience
  • Valid forklift ticket is a requirement
Accountabilities: Inventory
  • Ensuring that inventory management complies with company policies and industry regulations
  • Managing documentation related to inventory transactions, including invoices, receipts, and shipping documents
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions in the database
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders and deliveries
  • Managing and tracking inbound and outbound shipments
Shipping/Receiving
  • Unloading inbound freight carriers and ensuring accurate counts and product identification of product in storage location
  • Examining articles for accuracy, discrepancyamp; tagging according to company policies
  • Checking material received against provided packing slip supplied by vendor
  • Tracking materials being received
