Job Description

The ERP Manager will lead a team of NetSuite analysts, providing guidance and fostering collaboration. The role will be responsible for managing all aspects of our NetSuite ERP system, including administration, configuration, and maintenance of SuiteApps. This role will work closely with internal teams and outsourced analysts to optimize NetSuite performance, develop custom solutions, and implement best practices to help Blackline scale while meeting the evolving needs of our operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation of NetSuite, including user access, data integrity, and system security.
  • SuiteApp Integration: Manage the integration of multiple SuiteApps, ensuring they function cohesively within the NetSuite environment.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement NetSuite enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Support Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for outsourced support analysts, managing support tickets, troubleshooting, and escalations to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Customization and Development: Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop custom scripts, workflows, and dashboards that align with business needs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain customized reports, KPIs, and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring that all users are proficient in NetSuite functions. Maintain documentation of processes, customizations, and best practices.
  • Project Management: Lead NetSuite-related projects, including upgrades, new SuiteApp implementations, and system enhancements, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure the system adheres to industry best practices and compliance standards relevant to manufacturing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or 5+ years of experience managing NetSuite ERP, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Over 5 years of experience in team leadership.
  • Over 10 years of experience in NetSuite administration.
  • Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder.
  • Experience managing SuiteApps and third-party integrations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with outsourced support teams or third-party service providers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
