Calgary, AB - 3 days onsiteHybrid roleProgramamp; Project Management:Lead the deployment of new application software within existing customer environments.Manage the scoping and implementation of satellite service solutions for remote backhaul support.Oversee the scoping of 5G slicing solutions for Dual Mode CORE (DMC).Provide ongoing support to Engineering teams as new platforms are introduced into the CORE Network.Drive the development of automation solutions using Jira to enhance efficiency.Wireless Private Network (WPN) Projects:Modernize systems by upgrading all existing WPN customers to the latest Operating System.Scope 5G slicing, 5G Standalone (5GSA) readiness on 3900 MHz, and new feature enhancements.Oversee the certification of Ericsson EP5G, including cybersecurity validation.Validate Kubernetes-based applications for cloud-native deployments and scaling.Manage interoperability efforts such as proxies for seamless roaming and RAN sharing.Evaluate satellite backhaul solutions for network resiliency.Support Microsoft Teams integration with Metaswitch for unified communication.Enhance network infrastructure and software on Nokia and Ericsson platforms.Access Point Name (APN) Projects:Lead customer migrations to the new Dual Mode CORE and firewall infrastructure.Develop automation solutions in Jira to streamline APN processes.Conduct proof of concept (PoC) evaluations for new vendor solutions.Optimize network performance by scoping dedicated APNs.Qualificationsamp; Experience:10+ years of project management experience in telecom, wireless networks, or IT infrastructure.Strong knowledge of 5G, private networks, cloud-native technologies, and automation.Experience working with Ericsson, Nokia, and Metaswitch technologies.Familiarity with network architecture, satellite communications, and security validation.Hands-on experience with Jira automation and workflow development.PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is preferred.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
