Job Description

Our client, a prestigious creative organization located in NW, is looking for a skilled professional to support their AR and Accounting functions. If you are detail-oriented and looking for a short-term role with the possibility of an extension that carries with it responsibility and diversity we’d love to hear from you! Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related area
• 3-5 years of experience working in accounting, collections, and invoice processing
• Training in accounting or equivalent knowledge; designation is not required, but considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Intermediate level experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Must be a team player willing to jump in where needed

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing AR and billing processes
• Day-to-day accounting and related month-end procedures
• Overseeing third-party billing and account reconciliation
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Work on-site in their NW office location
• Other administrative and accounting responsibilities as required
