Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our busy client located in Calgary’s Northeast. If you have a strong background in Customer Service, Admin, Sales, or a combination thereof – apply today! This full-time position is starting right away.Responsibilities include:

  • Support management by corresponding with clients via phone and email.
  • Data entry and accurate documentation.
  • Provide high-level customer service.
  • Additional administrative support to the office as required.
  • Provide general bookkeeping support to the in-house Accountant.
Requirements include:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience such as reception, sales, customer service, or similar.
  • Administrative experience within a fresh produce environment would be well-regarded.
  • Experience with light bookkeeping, and familiarity with QuickBooks is required.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Resourceful, likes to solve problems as they arise.
  • Must have previous experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Google Docs, Sheets.
  • Must be comfortable to work on Saturdays occasionally.
