Job Description

Job DescriptionAs an Assistant Project Manager, you will be involved in:

  • Recording keeping and managing effective communication of outputs to all stakeholders.
  • Transcribe meeting minutes and action items and drive each item to closure.
  • Assisting with project compliance with client’s document controls and file specifications.
  • Regular collaboration and coordination with internal and stakeholder resources.
  • Supporting the established and refinement of processes across the program.
  • Ensuring that document storage aligns to policy and procedures for the organization.
  • Preparing reportsamp; disseminating information using a broad range of tools.
  • Facilitating the generation and maintenance of Document Registers and Transmittal Records as appropriate.
  • Maintaining and updating progress trackers.
  • Quality check documents to project/company standards.
  • Assisting with all aspects of administrative management and storage of data including use of electronic document management system.
  • Maintaining accurateamp; timely records (systems, databases, spreadsheets).
  • Identifying opportunities for improvements to procedures, processes, systems and documents.
  • Managing mailing or distribution lists as needed.
Team Work:
  • Help with generalist and technical activities as these arise on the project.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with others internally to our organization and client stakeholders.
